Have you felt out of balance? Are you suffering from lack of sleep, low energy, or feel anxious? Do you have dry skin or suffer from redness and inflammation? these and many other symptoms are ways that our bodies and mind are telling us we are out of balance.  An Ayurvedic consultation will help you understand what important changes should happen in your life in order to find that balance and have a lifestyle that provides wellness. 

The goal of the first Ayurvedic consultation is to gather as much information about your physical characteristics, personal and medical history, including daily diet, routines and habits, exercise routines, job, digestion, and your sleep quality, among many other aspects of your being. After the first consultation is finished, we will have a second meeting where you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the foundational principles of Ayurveda, a summary of your constitution based on the findings, and your Vikruti– your current state of imbalance. This will inform the initial recommendations to begin your healing journey.

After that, it is advised that we have at least 4 follow-up meetings where we will discuss the implementation and results of the changes made to your diet and lifestyle.  We will continue to strategize and adjust to achieve the best results for you.
