Viviana Gonzalez grew up in Bogota, Colombia. She has lived most of her adult life in Aspen, CO. After moving here, she grew closer to nature. Her love for yoga and a more conscious lifestyle was inspired by living in such a beautiful place.
Viviana began her yoga and Ayurvedic journey in 2017. Since then, she has become a lifelong student of Ayurveda, specializing in acute therapies and health counseling. She is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor trained at The California College of Ayurveda. She has also been certified in various body therapies such as Abhyanga, Ayurvedic facial, Ayurvedic Bliss therapies, Marma points and Chakra dough basti. In years past, she has attended educational programs at the California College of Ayurveda, The Ayurvedic Institute, Hridaya Yoga in Mazunte, Mexico and Yoga workshops in Yogaville, VA. In these, she learned about the principles, practice, and significance of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, yogic diet, and lifestyle, as well as the importance of daily practice to achieve ultimate health.
Viviana has learned to love the power that yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda have in making peoples’ lives better. She has seen the benefits of these practices in her own life in how they have helped her overcome physical setbacks and continually grow her peace of mind and spirit. Viviana loves to inspire and empower people toward healthier decisions to improve their quality of life and well being.
